Return Policy
At Marietta, we take pride in crafting high-quality, timeless pieces that we hope you'll love. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Return Eligibility:
- Time Frame: Returns must be initiated within 7 days of the delivery date.
- Condition: All items must be unworn, in their original condition, and with all original packaging intact.
Return Process:
- Request a Return: Email us at shopmariettajewelry@gmail.com to initiate a return. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.
- Receive a Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how and where to return your item.
- Ship Your Return: Securely package the item(s), including all original packaging and the RA number inside, and ship it back to us using the carrier of your choice. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Please note that customers are responsible for covering return shipping fees.
- Review and Refund: We will review your return upon receipt, and assuming it meets our return criteria, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Marietta reserves the right to deny any returns that do not meet our return policy criteria. If a return is denied, we will notify you and ship the item back to you at your expense.
Exchanges:
We currently do not offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process above and place a new order for the desired item(s).
